One-Time Setup Fees

One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has started. These fees cover planning, design, configuration, and initial implementation.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees (hosting, maintenance, or support) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges

Project Cancellations

If you cancel a project before work begins, you may be eligible for a refund of the setup fee.
If work has already started, no refund will be issued

No Guarantees

Refunds are not issued based on performance expectations such as SEO rankings, traffic, or lead results.

Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if required by applicable law.
